Returns

At Suit My Phone, we only accept returns if:

  • The product arrives damaged or broken.
  • The product does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe.

Refunds and Replacements

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund or replacement. Approved returns will receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

Exceptions

Please note that we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Items in satisfactory condition upon arrival
